Comfort is everything when your body is changing. That’s why I use a specially designed pregnancy comfort platform on the massage table — allowing you to lie on your front safely, with full support and zero pressure on your bump, rib cage, or chest.

  • A moulded pregnancy tummy cradle
  • Side body bolsters
  • Gentle chest recess for breast comfort
  • Optional comfort seated massage chair if lying down isn’t suitable

All treatments include a short consultation and time to settle comfortably. Adapted in real-time to your energy levels and comfort.

Standard Pregnancy Massage – 45 mins

A focused, relaxing session designed to ease key areas of tension — ideal for regular maintenance or as an introduction.

Advanced Pregnancy Massage – 60 mins

A deeper session for specific concerns such as hip pain, lower back discomfort, shoulder tightness, or swelling.

Full Body Pregnancy Massage – 90 mins

A comprehensive front and back treatment designed to restore whole-body balance, ease aches, and leave you feeling fully supported.

Postnatal Massage Therapy

Once baby is here, your needs change again — fast.
From feeding and carrying to disrupted sleep, your body can feel tight, overwhelmed, and under-supported.

Postnatal massage can:

  • Release tension in the shoulders, neck, and lower back.
  • Support pelvic recovery and abdominal realignment.
  • Aid circulation and reduce swelling.
  • Provide deep relaxation and space to decompress.

You can return at your own pace — even just for 30 or 45 minutes of dedicated time to recharge and repair.

I understand the unpredictability of pregnancy and early motherhood — that’s why appointments are available from 6am to 10pm (Mon–Fri, Summer) and 7am to 11pm (Mon–Sun, Winter).
