Improve Your Swing with Tailor-Made Massage & Golf Mobility Therapy.

Targeted massage therapy and mobility-focused treatment to help golfers move better, swing freely, and play with more power and control.

Why Golfers Need More Than a Stretch

Golf is a sport built on controlled rotation, mobility, and precise movement — but most players are held back by tightness, fatigue, or old injuries they’ve never fully recovered from.

Whether you’re a club golfer or a pro, your swing relies on the way your shoulders, spine, hips, and core all work together. And when even one of those areas is restricted, your performance suffers.

That’s where tailor-made golf massage therapy comes in.

I specialise in helping golfers reduce pain, improve joint mobility, and correct movement imbalances with a treatment approach that’s completely tailored to your body, swing mechanics, and performance goals.

As a qualified practitioner I focus on:

No two golfers are the same so no two treatments should be

What This Treatment Can Improve

Whether you’re aiming to hit longer drives, maintain your posture across 18 holes, or simply play without discomfort, a tailored massage and mobility plan can make a significant difference. It helps increase your range of motion for a smoother, more fluid swing, reduces muscular tightness and post-round soreness, and improves power by restoring efficient muscle function. It also works to minimise compensations that often lead to poor swing habits, while supporting focus by reducing physical distractions during play. Golfers’ mobility isn’t just about flexibility — it’s about functional, controlled movement that performs under pressure.

Weekend & Amateur Golfers:

  • Address long-term stiffness and old injuries
  • Improve posture and alignment
  • Feel more mobile and energised after a round
  • Build confidence with a body that supports your game

Tournament & Performance Golfers:

  • Maintain peak mobility during training blocks
  • Recover faster between practice sessions and events
  • Reduce cumulative stress from repetitive movement
  • Ensure consistent rotation and balance under pressure

What to Expect from a Golf Massage Session

Your session begins with a focused conversation about your swing, your current limitations, and any history of discomfort or injury. This allows me to understand how your body is affecting your game — and more importantly, how we can improve it.

From there, I carry out a detailed assessment, paying close attention to mobility through the spine, hips, and shoulders, as well as overall muscle tightness and any imbalance between your left and right sides. I also look for signs of overuse or restriction that may be limiting your rotation or power.

Treatment is completely tailored to your needs. Depending on your body and goals, we may use deep tissue or trigger point techniques, joint mobilisation, or myofascial release — particularly around key golf-specific areas like the hips, lats, glutes, and lower back. Where needed, I’ll incorporate postural support work and mobility drills designed to enhance movement and reduce compensation patterns in your swing.

If helpful, we can also use 3D anatomy software to visually explore what’s going on beneath the surface — so you leave with a better understanding of your body and a clear plan for moving forward.

Golf-Specific Massage That Makes a Real Difference

You’ll benefit from this treatment if you’re a golfer experiencing restricted shoulder or spine mobility, ongoing lower back or hip stiffness, or muscular fatigue after a round. It’s also ideal if you’re returning to the game after time off or injury, struggling with swing consistency due to limited movement, or simply serious about improving your overall golf performance and recovery.

Golf-Specific Massage That Makes a Real Difference

This isn’t general massage. This is targeted, clinical therapy that helps golfers move more efficiently, recover faster, and protect their game for years to come.

Whether you’re playing for fun or competing for silverware, this is how you support your body and play better golf — with freedom, function, and confidence.
